ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed through our website. While guest checkout is available, we recommend creating an account to save preferences and cart details.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and can be made using any method supported by the platform.
Once payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not permitted except in extraordinary circumstances. Orders are custom-made and handcrafted upon confirmation.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be delivered within 10 business days of receipt of the order. In case of any delays or issues, we will communicate promptly and make every effort to meet the stated timeframe. However, external circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
Accurate shipping addresses and contact details must be provided. Brown Batua is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information. However, in case of delays due to external circumstances, we will notify customers promptly.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Since our products are handmade, returns or refunds are not allowed. However, exchanges or amendments are available if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@brownbatua.com.
Exchanges or fixes will only be processed in cases of genuine defects or damage during shipping. Approved exchanges will either result in a replacement of the product or fixing the original.
Brown Batua will bear the shipping costs for approved exchanges.
Customers are responsible for taking proper care of the product once received. Returns or refunds will not be granted for misuse or lack of maintenance.
